Our Four-Step Process

• 1. Design & Sketch
  We start with your ideas, references, or concepts. We collaborate closely with you to create detailed sketches and digital designs, ensuring the character looks exactly how you imagine before any physical work begins.

• 2. Hand-Sculpting
  Using professional FX clay, our artists meticulously sculpt the character by hand. This stage focuses on building fine details—like deep wrinkles, lifelike pores, and terrifying textures—to give the mask its unique personality.

• 3. Mold & Cast
  Once the sculpt is perfected, we create a durable, heavy-duty matrix mold. From there, the mask is cast using premium, high-quality latex or silicone to ensure the final piece is both flexible and built to last.

• 4. Detail Painting & Finish
  The mask comes to life in the paint booth. Using custom airbrushing techniques, hand-painted detailing, and specialized washes, we add realistic skin tones, veins, and shading, followed by hair, eyes, and a weathered finish for maximum realism.
